How we work

What a good first conversation looks like

You don't need requirements, a budget, or a technology opinion. You need to be able to describe how the business runs.

Owners often apologize for not knowing what they need. That's backwards — figuring out what's needed is the work we're being brought in for.

Useful things to bring

How a customer finds you and what happens next. What your team complains about. What you personally can't see but wish you could. Anything you've tried that didn't stick, and why you think it didn't.

What happens after

We'll tell you honestly whether there's something here worth doing. Sometimes the answer is a two-week fix. Sometimes it's a roadmap. Occasionally it's 'your systems are fine, spend the money elsewhere' — and that's a legitimate outcome.

Curious what this would look like in your business?

Tell us how things run today. We’ll tell you honestly whether there’s something worth doing.

What could your business do differently?

You don’t need to know the answer yet. Tell us how your business works, where you want to go, or what you wish were easier.

We’ll figure out what technology can make possible.

  • What if customers could do this themselves?
  • What if your team never had to enter this twice?
  • What if you could see the entire business from one place?
  • What if your systems actually worked together?
  • What if the software worked the way your business works?
  • What would you change if technology were not the limitation?
