About
Business experience, technology strategy, design, and execution.
Openward exists because those four things almost never live in the same place — and a business only benefits when they do.
The premise
Consultants leave. Developers wait for instructions. We do neither.
Business owners are usually handed one of two things: advice with no hands, or hands with no advice. Both leave the hardest part — deciding what should actually change — sitting on the owner’s desk.
We take that part on. We learn the business, decide with you what makes sense, and then build it. If the right answer turns out to be a process change and a two-hundred-dollar-a-month tool, that’s what we’ll tell you.

Four things at once
The combination is the difference
01
Business experience
We've run operations, sold work, chased invoices, and hired for growth. We know what a bottleneck feels like from inside the company, not from a case study.
02
Technology strategy
We evaluate what you own, what's available, and what would need to be made. We're not compensated by anyone whose logo might end up in the answer.
03
Design
The experience matters — for your customers and for the people on your team who have to use the thing every day. Adoption is a design problem.
04
Execution
We build. Integrations, automation, applications, portals, websites. The recommendation and the implementation come from one accountable team.
What we believe
The goal is not to sell technology. The goal is to make the business better.
The best answer is often the cheapest one nobody thought to try.
Software should be shaped around how a business works — not the other way around.
A recommendation nobody can implement is an expensive opinion.
You should understand everything we build for you.

We are not a managed service provider — no help desk support, device management, network administration, or device and printer support. We improve how businesses use technology.
What could your business do differently?
You don’t need to know the answer yet. Tell us how your business works, where you want to go, or what you wish were easier.
We’ll figure out what technology can make possible.
- What if customers could do this themselves?
- What if your team never had to enter this twice?
- What if you could see the entire business from one place?
- What if your systems actually worked together?
- What if the software worked the way your business works?
- What would you change if technology were not the limitation?
